Compliance Manager Plus ("CMP") is a business-to-business Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product owned and operated by Lynxes Solutions Pvt Ltd.
This Cookie Policy explains how Lynxes Solutions Pvt Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit cmpmanager.com or use the CMP platform (collectively, the "Services"). It should be read together with the CMP Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, allow a website to keep information on your device. These technologies help websites work, stay secure, and remember information between visits.
2. How CMP Uses Cookies
CMP uses strictly necessary cookies only. These cookies are required for the Services to function and cannot be switched off within CMP. They are used to:
- Keep you signed in securely as you move between pages;
- Maintain and renew your session without asking you to sign in again;
- Protect accounts against unauthorized access and misuse; and
- Restore your session safely after it expires.
Session cookies are protected so that they cannot be read by scripts running in your browser, are sent only over secure connections, and expire when you sign out or after the applicable session period ends.
Because strictly necessary cookies are essential to provide the Services you request, they do not require consent under most applicable laws.
3. Browser Storage
CMP also uses your browser's local storage to support features of the platform, including:
- Saving unsaved drafts so work is not lost if a page is closed or refreshed;
- Holding audit work completed offline until it can be synchronized; and
- Applying automatic sign-out after a period of inactivity consistently across open browser tabs.
This information stays on your device, is used only to provide these features, and is not used for advertising or tracking.
4. Analytics and Advertising Cookies
CMP does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies, and does not use cookies to track you across other websites.
If Lynxes Solutions Pvt Ltd introduces non-essential cookies in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and, where required by applicable law, your consent will be requested before those cookies are used.
5. Third-Party Cookies
When you purchase a subscription or an in-product purchase, the checkout is provided by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle may set its own cookies during checkout for payment processing, fraud prevention, and security.
These cookies are controlled by Paddle and are governed by Paddle's own privacy and cookie notices.
6. Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and local storage through their settings. Clearing browser storage may remove unsaved drafts or offline work that has not yet been synchronized.
If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to or use the CMP platform.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
Lynxes Solutions Pvt Ltd may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, or applicable law.
The updated version will be published with a revised Last Updated date.
